What’s Moving In You?

Ritual can help us

  • Begin things

  • End things

  • Step from one identity into another

Who are you becoming? What’s moving in you?

Types of Ritual

Examples of Ritual

Free Consultation

A consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. It allows me to learn more about your situation, the transition you are working with, and the specifics of the shift you are wanting to make or mark. It also allows you to learn more about what I offer and see if my skills are a good fit for your needs.

30-minute phone/video consultations are offered at no charge. In-person consultations are available at the rate listed below.

Ceremony Themes

A ceremony or intentional gathering may help during times of

  • Heartbreak

  • Confusion

  • Commitment

  • Celebration

  • Entering a new phase of life

  • Feeling stuck or blocked

  • When something personally significant happens and no one gets it

  • Anytime something is shifting or needs to shift

Planning Sessions

If we decide to work together, I offer 60-minute sessions to help you:

  • Identify the exact shift you are making

  • Identify your sources of support

  • Plan out the ritual

  • Plan the best location

  • Decide who to invite

  • Figure out the most supportive moon phase

  • Bring in folks who are new to ritual

These sessions can be held via phone/video or in person if you are in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Integration

A 30-60 minute session after the ceremony to debrief and map out next steps if necessary

FAITH TRADITIONS

I work with people of all faiths. Rituals and rites of passage do not come from any one religion. They are tools that can be used in any faith tradition, and also in non-spiritual settings.
